Boston Mover Review by Susan C.
Brookline Transport Intl. bailed me out on no notice at all, when a Seekonk mover stood me up with less than 24 hours' notice and wanted to put me in storage--never an acknowledgement or apology from the manager who'd been my contact. The 1st company referred me to Heloicio as a top-rated driver and I held my breath, but two days later, as agreed, Heloicio and Christian showed up, on time and smiling, and made everything perfect. It's clear this company takes pride in its brand--the truck was beautiful and thoughtfully-equipped and my team had good backgrounds before even being hired. I've had many moves and some of the residential experiences were rough. Working conditions for this one weren't particularly easy, yet the guys gave good advice, did all I asked and volunteered for more. They were flexible when I asked for delivery that interrupted Labor Day weekend (and, keep in mind, this was on no notice) and did yeoman's work on delivery day, to please me and a customer in another state. Not one thing was wrong! I will never trust the 1st company again, because of the assurances the manager personally made to me. And when I move again, I will ONLY call BTI. I'm guessing the entire staff is good, but I'll book with Heloicio and Christian. Sometimes, near-disasters turn into blessings. Thanks, guys, wow, great job!!!
